Specific inspections related to the company’s personnel department.
The procedures adopted in the inspections include the review of internal controls and the execution of substantive tests which, by their nature, reveal the practical implementation of legal and administrative procedures.
The evaluations carried out in the records, as well as the investigations carried out in the workplace, make it possible to survey possible illegal acts and/or exposure situations.
The following items are included in our scope of standard works:
- Calculation of appropriate social charges: INSS, FGTS, IRRF, Union Contribution, etc.;
- Analysis of the employees’ personal files and the respective documentation;
- Verification of overtime, discounts made, authorized wages, contract terminations, vacation receipt and other related items;
- Verification of payments and social charges for independent workers and compensation for management services rendered;
- Review of documentation for interns, temporary staff and outsourced services;
- Checking on the application of wage adjustments and other clauses provided for in an agreement, collective bargaining agreement or collective labor dispute for the category;
- Verification of other monthly and annual obligations related to the Personnel Department (RAIS, PAT Registration, CAGED, PPRA, PCMSO, etc.).
